Happy Tuesday friends! It’s offically fall as of yesterday and I’m like, bring on the pumpkin spice lattes! And, it’s finally sweater weather!! Well, maybe not so soon because we live in Florida but I’m still really excited for everything fall, and especially fall fashion!
Last week I shared a post with a darling Vera Bradley backpack with three fall-inspired outfits, and this past Saturday I hosted an event with Vera Bradley in the Mall at Millenia to celebrate the new collections and fun prints for fall, and we all had so much fun!
Tara (center) graciously opened her store to KeKe Van B. (right) and I Saturday morning for eats, sips, beloved paisley prints, and fairy hair sparkles with customers and friends. I had my fairy hair freshened up (thanks KeKe!), and mingled with Vera Bradley lovers over Nothing Bundt Cake bites and lemonade- it was a sweet morning, literally!
To sweeten the morning (I love a good pun!), Vera Bradley offered 25% off their newest Performance Twill collection, and took $20 off purchases of $75 or more! I had to restrain myself from buying the full line of water-repellent accessories because I’m a sucker for anything that holds up in the rain- I’ve lived in Florida for three years and I still get blindsided by these Florida storms! A packable raincoat, duffles, crossbody bags… you name it, Vera Bradley made it water-repellent. Florida girls rejoice!
Spending the morning with the Vera Bradley girls was so much fun, and swapping tips and tricks with bags and accessories (like the crossbody to fanny pack trick? See the video below for the full details!) made me even more excited about my Vera Bradley collection at home. And new discoveries in the patterns and prints were found, like in the Cat’s Meow print, like a kitty jumping at a cucumber! Yes, I’m serious- you need to look at the video recap from our fun morning to see the artwork 🙂
