Happy Friday! This week has been one full of celebrations: Peter submitted his thesis to his master’s committee on Sunday (alllllll the emojis), last night he was pinned, and today is his last day of clinical rotations ever. Graduation is right around the corner, and Peter will have that hard-earned M.S. behind his name in just three short weeks!

1. Peter’s pinning ceremonyPeter was pinned with his R.D. pin onto his lab coat yesterday evening, and Walter and I couldn’t be more proud of him! This brings us one step closer to graduation, and all he has to do is defend his thesis next Friday and then he’ll be Peter Weiss, R.D.!

2. my dress (in the above photo)This. Dress. I know I posted about it earlier this week, but I can’t help it! I purchased this gorgeous floor-length dress at Anthropologie over the weekend when I had my Anthropologie birthday discount. I know it’s pricey, but I have gotten so many compliments on this dress and none of the photos do it justice. I think this is my favorite dress in my closet! You’ll definitely be seeing more of it.

3. Lipstick Queen Frog Prince lipstickMy favorite lipstick for spring? This GREEN lipstick is a staple on my dressing table, and it gives the perfect shade of pink! 4. brand new kicksIf I told you where these came from, you probably wouldn’t believe me. My gold sneakers are UGG! Yes, UGG. These lace-ups are just as comfortable as my UGG boots, and I’ve started wearing them with rolled white jeans and a gingham buttondown and not just with my Lululemon. I feel like every couture designer has come out with high-end sneakers, but I couldn’t justify them. These gold UGG sneakers go with everything and they didn’t completely break the bank.

Did you know that Kendra Scott offers 50% off on one item during the month of your birthday? All you have to do is make the purchase in-store and show your driver’s license to receive the discount. This year I bought the Benning necklace in silver/gold, and it ended up being only $45! I love the intricate detail on the pendant, and can’t wait to pair this with a cute white blouse, rolled denim, and my new UGG sneakers!
